For starter kits: 30 days money back guarantee - Your 100% satisfaction is important to us!

Our 30-day money back guarantee for starter kits assures you a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your Picki Niki showerhead.

This also applies to starter kits that have already been opened and used. Please note that this 30-day money back guarantee applies ONLY to starter kits.

Please note:

  • You must request an exchange or return within 30 days of ordering the item by contacting us at return@pickiniki.com.
  • The return must be made using the return shipping label provided.
  • The cost of the original shipping and return to the warehouse will not be refunded.


For all other products: You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the purchase contract.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • The return must be made with the return slip provided.
  • The cost of the original transport and return to the warehouse will not be refunded .

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess and fix the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Sale items or Gift cards accept

Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
